TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you place an order with byHALL, you agree to enter into a contract with us. Once your order has been received, we will send you a receipt by e-mail confirming your order. Please note that your offer to purchase these items is not legally accepted until we send you an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order is dispatched from byHALL you will receive an invoice by e-mail stating time of dispatch and withdrawal of payment. We recommend that you print and keep all correspondence from us related to your order.
Prices and Availability
All prices in the web shop include 25% VAT, and prices apply at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed and paid in the selected currency.
We list product availability on the individual product page. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase.
We accept the following payment cards: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. We additionally accept payment using Mobile Pay (Danish payment form) and PayPal. You will pay in your selected currency when selecting the "Credit card" payment form. For PayPal, QuickPay and MobilePay you will pay in DKK.
There is no additional payment charge or other additional fees.
Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated as part of the ordering process.
Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-2 working days. Parcels are sent with GLS or PostNord; and will be delivered according to the shipping company's standard terms for the selected shipment type. You will receive the tracking number when the parcel is ready for shipment. If your goods are damaged during the transportation then please contact byHALL by e-mail for a resolution of the problem.
The cost of shipment depends on the purchase amount and the destination country. The delivery is free of charge to the following countries for all purchases above the specified order amounts.

Return of Goods Purchased
You can return the received goods within 14 days if they do not meet expectations. Please return goods in their original condition and packaging. Please include a note in your parcel with the following details: invoice number, name, address, telephone number, and reason for returning.

You will be required to pay for return postage unless we have made an error related to your purchase. The goods will be checked upon reception and any damage/ shortage will result in a reduction in the credited amount. Refunds take place within 14 days from receiving the returned goods. The refund will due to security be made to the card/account that was used for the purchase.
Right of Complaint
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a right of complaint within a 24 month period from the day you received your goods. This means that you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund or price deduction if your purchase has a defect and that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The defect must not be caused by improper use of the goods or other harmful behavior. Regular wear as result of daily use is not included in the Right to Complaint. You must make your claim immediately after becoming aware of the defect by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If your claim is justified, we will also refund your documented and reasonable shipping costs.
All information sent via the internet when you surf on our webshop is secure and encrypted by use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Registration as user, your payment information, credit card number, validity date, etc. therefore takes place in a "secure area" where information is encrypted.
The card is controlled for validity and as soon as an approval of the credit card is in place, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. byHALL does not receive your credit card number or the due date on the card, but gets a message that the purchase amount is reserved for us.
You are not liable if your card should be used without your accept in an internet store, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

In order to shop on byhall.com we ask you to provide the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. All information provided by you while shopping at our website is only used to ensure an easy and convenient shopping experience. Information is treated in strict compliance with all applicable data protection rules laid down by consumer legislation. No data that identifies the individual is passed on to any third party. The only statistics that are collected relate to site traffic and commercial information, which is shared with third parties for the purpose of improving your experience on our web shop. To the fullest extent possible, byHALL provides accurate content on this website. Occasionally there may be price changes, sold out goods and unintentional errors on the website. We reserve the right not to be liable for errors or changes incurred in this respect.
